Hi! I’m Linda … a health coach … I work mainly with women with 35+ who have a hard time losing weight, have low energy, depression and/or anxiety, pain, inflammation, night sweats, hot flashes, issues with periods, and more.
I work with busy women; business owners and executives who don’t have time to feel bad. Have you been to a doctor, spent lots of money and time telling him/her how you feel only to be told there is nothing medically wrong with you? But you still feel lousy, low on energy, and can’t sleep at night? I hear you and am here to tell you I AM LISTENING!
What you may not know is, a lot of these issues are related to deficiencies in the body. That is why I combine a unique coaching experience – one that supports you with long-term mindset for habit change while we get to the bottom of these issues so you can feel your best and live your best life!
