Why get a massage
Massage therapy is more than a relaxation experience….it helps achieve total body wellness.
If you have pain, want full range of motion, or just need to relax, we have a massage modality for you! Our massage therapists will speak with you about your health goals and make recommendations as to what modality may be best for you.
We offer several massage modalities, including medical, or Neuromuscular therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and Deep-tissue.
Have you experienced an injury or undergone surgery? Neuromuscular therapy is an effective solution for those who have been injured or have post-surgery pain. Using a combination of Trigger point therapy, Cupping, and more, our therapist can tailor a plan specific to your needs. These sessions are recommended once/week for 3 weeks then a re-evaluation takes place. Clients usually see a change in one session and sometimes 3 sessions is all you need to feel better!
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
If you have swelling in the arms and legs, Manual Lymphatic drainage can provide relief. Manual Lymphatic Drainage is used to relieve painful swelling in arms and legs. This happens when your tissues retain fluid (called lymph). Normally, the lymph system collects the fluid and returns it to the heart. But when something disrupts this process, the fluid stays behind in your arms and legs making them swell. We have had great success with Manual Lymphatic Drainage easing the swelling in tissues.
Deep Tissue Massage
Lastly, Deep Tissue can help relieve muscle pain and stiffness and provide stress-relieving relaxation for the body and mind. It is recommended to get a deep tissue massage about once a month. Finish any massage off with our Red Light Therapy to help heal pain and inflammation and aid in quicker muscle recovery.
